Prize-winning CRM platform

T-Systems wins multiple awards with its new internal SAP CRM platform, including two from its partner SAP.
IT-based customer relationship management (CRM) platforms are becoming increasingly important as corporate applications. T-Systems recently won gold in the SAP Quality Award 2011 with its new internal CRM platform that runs on SAP. The Germany-wide award, which recognizes successful SAP projects, was won in the New Business Application category. The T-Systems CRM solution convinced the jury, in particular, because of its clear structure and quality standards.

Silver in Madrid

At the dual event SAPPHIRE NOW and SAP TechEd in Madrid, which took place from November 8th to November 10th, T-Systems’ internal SAP CRM solution won silver in the Quality Award 2011 for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The decisive factor was fast and cost efficient project integration based on SAP standards.

Bronze in Nuremberg

At the CRM Expo trade fair in Nuremberg, which took place in October, T-Systems won bronze in the CRM Best Practice Award in the “Launch” category with its system platform for all CRM processes. The Deutsche Telekom subsidiary also helped to implement the overall project at Autohaus Kunzmann from Aschaffenburg, which won second place. The contracting partner of Mercedes-Benz, Smart and VW was awarded the prize for its pioneering example of launching an integrated CRM industry solution in the areas of sales, service and administration.
Only a few weeks earlier in September, T-Systems was awarded the Sales Enablement Best Practice Award, which was presented by the Experton Group and the German weekly Computerwoche for the first time, for Client Navigator, the company’s sales enablement solution.
